Transport options:
1) Delivery of shipments under 2.500 CZK to an address in Slovakia or the Czech Republic – CZK 79
- personal collection at your chosen branch of Zásilkovna
- possibility to track the shipment
- your order is processed immediately and the shipment should reach you within 2-3 working days.
2) Orders above 2.500 CZK to an address in Slovakia or the Czech Republic are free of charge

3) Delivery of shipments under 4.500 CZK to other addresses in Europe range from– CZK 190 to CZK 460
- possibility of tracking the shipment
- your order is processed immediately and the shipment should reach you within 2-3 working days.
4) Orders above 4.500 CZK to any address all over Europe are free of charge
- possibility of tracking the shipment
- your order is processed and shipped as soon as possible – usually within 2-3 business days
Payment methods:
1) REVOLUT – free of charge
- after choosing this method, you will be automatically redirected to the payment gateway
- we will prepare the shipment with the ordered goods for you immediately after receiving the payment.
- the order should reach you within a maximum of 3 business days.
2) Payment by transfer – free of charge
- in the confirmation email, you will receive the necessary payment information: Variable symbol, total amount, and account number
- as soon as the money reaches our account, we will ship your order immediately.
